Thanks for this. Unless my Sunday gets filled up, I will be doing something I’ve not done in years that day. Turning off my cell phone.

The only times my phone has been off for literally the past 5 years are when I was flying or when the batteries died.

Wow! What an incredibly thorough post.
I think a clarity day may be a worthwhile exercise for me to take occasionally too though.
