Wow what a great article. I am going to bookmark so I can reference back to it. I need improvement on 1 and 6. It is so true how we take our health for granted and our bodies. So many have it less fortunate which always makes me feel so guilty for criticizing myself. Thank you for the wonderful article look forward to reading more from you.

Great mix of philosophical musings and practical advice. To me, these tips really hit home when you can understand the thought process behind them.

Today, I forgave myself for not being perfect. I released myself from the guilt and pain of not doing the very best at all things in my life. I realize that I did the best I could with what I was working with at that time. I am not a bad person, I'm not a failure. All is not lost. Everyday is a new day, a new chance to take the lessons I've learned and put them in motion in my life. I forgive myself. I love myself enough to see the divine potential in me, knowing that there is no limit to the great things I can do with my time, my energy, my creativity, my mind, my body, my hands and my heart.

I give thanks for this.

Here are a few good examples of self forgivenesses:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to apply self forgiveness in the pursuit of happiness instead of applying it to purify myself and remove all types of system constructs that exist within me that direct my being and who I am.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to seek happiness in life instead of allowing myself to realize that the reason I am "unhappy" is because I allow myself to be dictated by systems that exist within me that are existing within thoughts as well.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be affected, controlled and directed by my thoughts that switch back and forth from a happy thought to a sad thought in it's attempt to generate emotions and feelings for itself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the thoughts that dictate itself towards me is me when it demands it's own personality and dictates words towards me and in this become subject to the whims of feeling sad or happy.
