i would be really interested in your thoughts regarding this kind of stubborness or depressive behaviour.

the suggestion of motivating the self away from self destructive guilt behaviour is to visualize a message from your doctor to change your life or else. i am devastaed to say that this does not induce me to positive action. everything , knowledge, making people feel good even life changing advise can be recognised by my self as valuable and inspirational; it remains, however, separate from me. if i am issued a warning, i find i am more likely to maintain the patterm. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

Thanks for spending the time to debate this, I feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If doable, as you become an expert, would you mind updating your blog with more details?

It's just hard to motivate yourself when you feel like your failure is inevitable... I mean I know that's not true, but it's how it feels sometimes.

The easiest way I find to keep and stay motivated, plus always leads to massive action: always stay plugged in to a empowering source. Even if you have to listen to the same empowering CD over and over.

Everything you perceive is what you are paying attention to. Paying attention creates intention. Every intention is directed by attention. The more attention you pay, the more intention directs the manifestation of your focus. Not because a change is happening around you, but because a change happens from consciousness and is directed through the act of focus.

If your desire is to become very skilled at something in life you must make it your focus to see it grow. For example, if sharpening your skills at art is your goal then you must see, hear, smell, taste, and breathe art. Watch documentaries about art, listen to audios covering art, research art, take art classes, and focus on anything art related. It is obvious that if done consistently then art will become a very powerful skill in your life. Eventually you will express yourself through your art to create more art in this world!

Thank you again Tina! :)
